2025 Night Market Vendor Application

Apply to vend at the BrewLoops Night Market during the 2025 craft beer & music festival in Kamloops. We’re seeking makers, food vendors, and local businesses for October 3–4, 2025. Space is limited—submit your details below to be considered.

Vendor Application Form

Choose your participation date(s) and tell us what you sell. Fees are $100 for a single day or $150 for both days. Optional 10×10 tent/table rental is available for $100 (set-up and take-down included). Limited power is available for $50.

Please Note: Registration cost for ONE DAY (1) = $100; for BOTH DAYS (2) = $150
Tent/Table Rental
Please Note: If you do not have your own, we can provide a 10x10 booth and table with set-up and take-down all included at a flat rate of $100.
Electricity Required
Please Note: Availability of electricity is limited, and accessible at an additional fee of $50.

Certifications

All vendors handling prepared or value-added foods must hold a valid BC FoodSafe or MarketSafe certificate. Please note that FoodSafe Level 1 certificates with no expiration date are not accepted.
