General Information

Q: What is BrewLoops?
A: BrewLoops is an outdoor craft beverage and music festival celebrating craft beverage, food vendors, and live music. It’s a weekend full of great drinks, food, and entertainment.

Q: When and where is the festival?
A: The festival is taking place in the Disc Golf Course of McArthur Island. 1550 Island Pkwy is the official address — Get Directions

Q: Is the festival outdoors?
A: Yes! The festival is 100% outdoors—so please dress for the weather. October evenings can be cool, so we recommend layers, jackets, and comfortable footwear.

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Parking is available throughout McArthur Island. We encourage all patrons to find a safe ride home and never drink and drive. Parking is complimentary.

Q: Is there a shuttle available?
A: There is! Please check our socials and the home page for the shuttle map. The shuttle is complimentary and first come first served. The first shuttle will depart 300 St. Paul parking lot, at 3:30pm on both event nights, and then it will go to the Sahali Mall parking lot, near Tumbleweed Toys. The shuttle will then continue to the event site before starting the loop again. The 2nd shuttle will depart the St. Paul lot at 3:45pm each evening and take the same loop as the 1st shuttle.

Q: What’s the deal with the Ferris Wheel?
A: Back by popular demand! The Ferris Wheel will run all weekend. Admission price to the Ferris Wheel is 1x Drink ticket = 2 rides.

Q: Who organizes BrewLoops? And who benefits from it?
A: BrewLoops is entirely volunteer organized by a group of 6 board members. These individuals volunteer 100’s of hours per year to put the event on. After costs are paid for various event components—like beverages, artists, and operations—proceeds are distributed to local charities and non-profits such as Kamloops West Rotary and Western Canada Theatre, among others.

Tickets & Entry

Q: How do I buy tickets?
A: Tickets are available online through our official website and at the Kamloops Live Box Office. We recommend purchasing in advance, as the festival often sells out.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the gate?
A: Limited tickets may be available at the gate, but we can’t guarantee they won’t sell out. Buying online is the best way to secure your spot.

Q: What does my ticket include?

It also includes a drink ticket and a reusable cup. VIP tickets offer additional perks such as exclusive viewing areas, indoor washrooms, and appetizers.
